    AND FURTHER THAT Council approves the confidential direction given.

    THAT By-law 2024-014, To confirm the actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Minto respecting a meeting held March 8, 2024; be read a first, second, third time and passed in open Council and sealed with the seal of the Corporation.
