  THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the Closed Session report regarding third-party information supplied in confidence to the municipality, which, if disclosed, could significantly prejudice a competitive position or interfere with negotiations as information;
  AND FURTHER THAT Council approves the confidential direction to staff.
