  THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the report EC DEV 2024-002 – Structural Grant #MT01– The Barrel House Canada, 6275 Highway 89, Harriston and approves Structural Grant #MT01 for 6275 Highway 89 Harriston for $918.66.

EC DEV 2024-003 – Signage Grants P24 and P25 Blessings to You, 237 and 247 Main St. W. Palmerston

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives report EC DEV 2024-003 – Signage Grants P24 and P25 Blessings to You, 237 and 247 Main St. W. Palmerston and approves Signage Grant P24 for $547.68 (237 Main St. W.) and P25 for $351.78 (247 Main St. W.) Palmerston.

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT the Council of the Town of Minto receives report PLN 2023-047 for ZBA 2023-03 – Lebau/Gorgi – Destination Estates, for land legally described as Lots 6 & 7 Southwest of Yonge Street, Grains Survey, Plan 61R-22238, Part 1 & 2, with a municipal address of 660 Yonge Street, for information and considers a By-law in open session.

• RECOMMENDATION:

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives report CL 2024-001 regarding Records Management as information.
  AND FURTHER THAT Council approves the Records Management Policy, Personal Information Bank and the Routine Disclosure Policy as written.
  AND FURTHER THAT Council considers passing a Records Retention By-law in open session.
