• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT the Council of the Town of Minto hereby receives report PW 2024-026 Service Extension and Connection Policy Revision, prepared by the Development Technician, for information purposes;
  AND FURTHER THAT the Council of the Town of Minto approves and endorses the policy as presented.

FIN 2024-018, Development Charges By-Law Amendment

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT the Council of the Town of Minto hereby receives report FIN 2024-018  Development Charges By-Law Amendment, prepared by the Treasurer, for information purposes;
  AND FURTHER THAT the Council of the Town of Minto considers the passing of the related By-Law in open session.

FIN 2024-019, 2025 Fees and Charges

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives report FIN 2024-019 regarding 2025 Rates and Fees;
  THAT the user fee changes proposed for 2025 in Appendix 1 to this report be approved; and
  AND FURTHER THAT Council of the Town of Minto considers passage of the related By-law in open session.
