Fire 2025-004, Transfer Payment Agreement

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT the Council of the Town of Minto hereby receives report Fire 2025-005 Fire Protection Grant Additional Funds, prepared by the Director of Fire Services/ Fire Chief and Treasurer, for information purposes;
  AND FURTHER THAT the Council of the Town of Minto authorizes the Mayor and Treasurer to sign the related Transfer Payment Agreement to receive the funds.

BLDG 2025-001, 2024 Building, Planning and By-Law Enforcement Year in Review

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT Council receives report BLDG 2025-001 regarding the 2024 Building, Planning, and By-Law Enforcement Year in Review, prepared by the Deputy Chief Building Official, as information.

CS 2025-002, 2024 Community Services Year in Review

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT Council receives report CS 2025-002 regarding the 2024 Community Services Year in Review, prepared by the Director of Community Services, as information.

PW 2025-011, 2024 Sanitary and Storm CLI-ECA Annual Performance Reports

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT the Council of the Town of Minto hereby receives Report PW 2025-011 2024 Sanitary and Storm CLI-ECA Annual Performance Report, prepared by the Wastewater Services Manager, for information purposes;
  AND FURTHER THAT the Council of the Town of Minto acknowledges and approves the compliance status and operational updates outlined in the attached reports, as is required by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation, and Parks (MECP).

PW 2025-012, 2024 Public Works Year in Review

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT Council receives report PW 2025-012 regarding the 2024 Public Works Year in Review, prepared by the Roads and Drainage Manager, as information.

CAO 2025-002, Committees of Council Review

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT the Council of the Town of Minto hereby receives Report # CAO 2025-002 Committees of Council Review, prepared by the Chief Administrative Officer, for information purposes;
  AND FURTHER THAT the Council of the Town of Minto approves and adopts the proposed changes to the Committees of Council as outlined in this report;
  AND FURTHER THAT the Council of the Town of Minto directs staff to prepare a new Bylaw to be brought to Council at a subsequent Council meeting, that reflects the adopted changes and repeals Bylaw 2024-071.
