EC DEV 2025-001, License Extension and Amending Agreement with Minister of Infrastructure (Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation)

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT the Council of the Town of Minto hereby receives Report EC DEV 2025-001 License Agreement with Minister of Infrastructure, prepared by the Director of Economic and Community Development, for information purposes;
  AND FURTHER THAT the Council of the Town of Minto authorizes the Mayor and Director of Legislative Services/ Clerk to sign the agreement.

2.

PW 2024-004, Municipal Drain 3 Request for Improvement

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT the Council of the Town of Minto hereby receives report PW 2025-004 Municipal Drain 3 Improvement Request, prepared by the Drainage Superintendent, for information purposes;
  AND FURTHER THAT Council approves the appointment of Streamline Engineering to represent the Town’s interest in this regard.

FIRE 2025-002, Community Emergency Preparedness Grant

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT the Council of the Town of Minto hereby receives report Fire 2025-002 Community Emergency Preparedness Grant, prepared by the Director of Fire Services/ Fire Chief, for information purposes;
  AND FURTHER THAT the Council of the Town of Minto authorizes the Mayor and Treasurer to sign the related Transfer Payment Agreement in order to receive the funds.

FIRE 2025-003, 2024 Year in Review

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives report FIRE 2025-003 regarding the 2024 Year in Review, prepared by the Director of Fire Services/Fire Chief for information purposes.

5.

CL 2024-004, Annual Accessibility Update

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT the Council of the Town of Minto hereby receives report CL 2025-004 Annual Accessibility Update, prepared by the Deputy Clerk/Manager, People and Culture, for information purposes.

6.

CL 2024-005, Annual Health and Safety Update

• RECOMMENDATION:
  THAT the Council of the Town of Minto hereby receives report CL 2025-005 Annual Health and Safety Update, prepared by the Deputy Clerk/Manager, People and Culture, for information purposes;
  AND FURTHER THAT the Council of the Town of Minto approves and adopts the Health & Safety Policy Statement and Workplace Violence and Harassment Policy as presented.
